I'm French, I live in a town where there are a lot of good bakeries, but I don't eat viennoiseries each day (I don't want to gain weight) so I just eat a crusty "pain au chocolat" with a coffee each Sunday morning (for breakfast).

Hello, I did the same last year: croissants for 4 days (11 bakeries or so and 2 crepes in the evening). And I'm veg* too... Anyway, I'm going to Paris this month and have already a list of new places where to go. This time more savoury....

I really must go to Paris and trying those croissant. Meanwhile, I'm gonna go to Italy next month, Bologna and Padua. Minimun target: 18 "pasticcerie" in 9 days
