Family shares grief in hit-and-run that killed 2 on Chicago's West Side

Brittany Payne, 32, of Chicago, and Yolanda Payne, 47, of Bellwood, were killed in the hit-and-run early Sunday morning, and another of their cousins remained in critical condition Monday night.

The "Hood" knows who the driver is. He didn't get out of the car and run to Milwaukee or East Saint Louis.

Did they ask around in their community for the driver ??? I'm just saying, it wasn't a Whyte, Asian, or Middle Easterner that ran in that neighborhood, and didn't get seen.
