I am a bit older than you but can completely empathise with how you feel - when sometimes you cannot really explain what is wrong, and there is much to be thankful for, but you just feel that little bit down. Great to see your WIP progress. Loving the latest Ranunculus. I wondered about Ranunculus vs Love Notes and you gave your verdict at that very point! You always have so much on the go with the shop and all the exciting projects, keeps you busy but make sure you carve out some you time, even if it's knitting in the garden or on the beach. Can recommend Michael Mosely's 5:2 way of eating. 2 days a week is very manageable and the recipes are flavoursome.
