Enterprise D was like "Hello boys! I'm BAAACCCKKK!"
  • @LtWaffles
I'm glad they named him Anton, what a cool way to honor his memory.

You just know that any borg that saw the Enterprise-D immediately shat themselves “oh f*ck. Not that ship again”

To see the old girl rise from the ashes and save day brought a tear to my and every Trekkies eye to quote Dr McCoy you treat her like a lady and she'll always bring you home

Anton Chekhov is the President of the UFP? Now that's what I call moving up in a few generations! I am also glad that Walter Koenig was asked back to do the voice as a tribute to the original series.

"And in an instant, the years drained away and he was once again the galant Capatin Jean-Luc Picard of the Federation's flagship... the USS Enterprise..."

“The line must b drawn here, this far, no further!” “What began over 35 years ago, ends tonight.” Best Patrick Stewart lines ever.

2:25 OMG! Riker put his foot on the pedestal like he did back in the day! Love it!

When all hope seems lost, send in the hero ship. The Big D.

2:00 to 2:23, possibly the best show of her size and lines since she appeared in 1987. chefs kiss
  • @Hockernant
1:52 listen to that engine growl. She’s angry pushing as much speed possible. Enterprise D is alive
  • @leafyon
2:35 I love Johnathan Frakes’ delivery for this line. Riker is just like “are you fucking kidding me?”
  • @InsaneTreefrog
A fitting tribute to Anton Yelchin and Walter Koenig with that broadcast from Anton Chekov.
  • @FomorViceroy
The skid marks from the crash on Veridian III are still visible on the front of the saucer. It's the details, man.
  • @Brasswatchman
1:59 Somewhere in the fleet, Brad Boimler looks at a sensor panel and totally loses his shit.

Passing through the star cluster at 0:13 is another homage to the TNG series. It's the same in it's opening credits

The incredible care that went into that CGI shot… you can see Ten Forward, the bridge, the observation lounge, even the burns from the crash. Sometimes I’m still in disbelief that this happened.
