Why is Lippert the biggest pain in the ass for getting warranty parts.. I have a 2022 heartland fuel 287.. heartland sends me everything I need when I file a claim under warranty.. zero issues.. send them the info they need and new part / pieces are sent to me.. Lippert not once is simple or easy… it literally fighting with them.. I end up going another route to repair Lippert issues.. right now it’s my awning lights (lights built into awning fabric) have stopped working…. Lippert absolutely will not help me.. I know how to diagnose the issue.. I will not take my rv to a dealer for repairs so they can keep it 5 months , and normally I get it back not fixed with more issues. Most techs at dealers have no certs or no training…. Ive been in maintenance for 40 yrs.. rv repairs is 2nd nature to me…. Lippert customer service is a absolute joke.. talk with any mobile rv tech .. they will tell you they are a nightmare to deal with….
