"Without you, I can't become the pirate king! " Man, when I read that chapter, I litteraly cried for minutes like a baby. And imagine I'm at the locker room of my work. My co-workers ask me what's wrong, but they wont understand. The feels on that chapter is so much heavy.

It was this very arc, this very moment that solidified my love for One Piece, no other moment in the series has made me cry as hard as that scene did. The fact Oda was able to make me cry over a ship still surprises me and still makes me tear up. Merry will always live on in our hearts and in the hearts of the Straw hats.

14:02 "A God damned lamb man" - This was definitely one of the times I teared up in the manga, but full tears fell during the anime. Wasn't hard crying, but I definitely had to keep wiping away tears, haha - I loved that it was clear everyone present could hear the Merry speaking, not just the Straw Hats. Made it more powerful
