The rubberbanding rein: -has shield, pushes slowly with shield -shield breaks, backs off completely -repeat
  • @large_fries7144
The scariest thing about this Rein is that he Said this was one of his better games...I would hate to see what he considers what his Average or worse games are....
  • @bexzilla6388
"cause in this elo heals are nonexistent" Walks to a mega while actively getting healed.
  • @Cristiah
He said "Healing do not exist (in bronze)" His bap literally gets window every other team fight, has some great lamp placements to save that poor rein and the Zen's discord orb placements were crazy good on the first round too???
  • @timmoore6532
Don't forget Retro when Flats was a guest with Jayne and he said that even in those low elo games tanks get super healed and still cry🤣
  • @dragnoc
I like how he said healing is mostly non existent but in the first round he really only died to junk tires and walking in front of bastion with half health.
  • @ljb5163
Tanks have to realize that healers are more inclined to heal you if you’re being aggressive more regularly. Now, that’s different from feeding because no amount of healing is going to save a feeder.

what is most frustrating to me about this vod is the lack of conscious, intentional action. Flats mentions this, but it deserves to be said again. if someone makes a mistake, if they go on a flank when it wasn't needed, if they feed, that's a mistake and mistakes are fixable. you have to make mistakes when you're learning because you have to try things and fail. failure is when learning happens because you learn why you failed and ideally learn what you need to do. but it's like this person doesn't even do anything. it doesn't look like they're making active decisions. they never move their camera like they're taking in information and making a decision intentionally. I don't care if they would make the wrong decision because we all make wrong decisions and there's nothing inherently wrong with that. but they're just not doing anything. they're just pressing buttons and expecting something to happen magically, instead of looking at what's going on and deciding to do something about it. there's no indication that they're having the thought process of, "the enemy has a bastion, bastion will shred my shield, I need to do something to prevent this bastion from just killing me." and it's like this person has no idea they have teammates. I don't necessarily blame someone for not understanding they're getting healed because sometimes it's hard to tell when you're overwhelmed and there's so much going on. but like, dude, if you have 100 HP and your shield is broken, you don't go in. duck behind some cover and glance around for your supports, make eye contact, wait for healing or fall back. it feels like this person is completely new to the game and has absolutely no idea what's going on around them. they're just not doing anything. they don't press W unless they have 100hp and their shield has 200hp. they don't shield for their teammates -- I'm like silver in tank and even I know the shield on rein isn't just to keep rein alive, it's a shield, you use it for DPS and to shield rezzes and to shield for your team as y'all cross open space, etc -- they just don't do anything. they never make a decision. god it's so frustrating to watch

There is a huge disconnect between his comments and the actual VOD, there is now way he ever played in high gold without immediately dropping to bronze.
  • @BlackDahlya
What made me angrier was the fact that he retreat every single time, even when his team is with him.
  • @AfferbeckBeats
I've never seen a Rein do so much and so little at the same time. The stuff he is doing is completely pointless, and the stuff he isn't doing is everything else. The healers were working overtime on his ass.
  • @vampirestonez
As a Rein in gold, I can say that if he was in gold, he would get flattened, he has dropped down to the actual rank he deserves but there is no reason why he cannot improve and climb up higher - if he is willing to put in the time and learn the game. Work on adjusting your sensitivity till it feels right, depending on your mouse pad it could be higher or lower but in the end of the day it should be something that you can control and not the other way around and try to learn basic stuff like pathing.
  • @zsariah858
As a tank main. This Rein made my soul hurt. He barely pinned, missed over half the fire strikes. His mechanics was so off.
  • Alternate title: I spectated a bronze Rein who was boosted to gold at one point.

This guy might be the biggest Junkrat tire magnet ive ever seen im 13 minutes in and I think ive counted 5 tire deaths.
  • @EggyYoke1
When he said “breaking your keyboard drunk” I felt that one hard. I legitimately did that just recently
  • Personally, I'd say he's boosted or has been carried by friends. He should've just sticked to playing sigma since he doesn't seem comfortable playing rein and is too cowardly to play him (no offence)
  • @ncascini01
Awe, my heart goes out to this Rein. Divide your edpi by 3. Try seeing what you can get away with and still live by getting more aggressive in your games (play qp if you're afraid of losing sr while experimenting). Open areas are better against junk. Pick one thing to get better at for every week or 2 weeks and focus on that thing until you see decent improvement.
