Me: has an asthma attack My mom: Just breathe Me: OH why didn’t I ever think of that!
  • Today in PE we did some weird dancing thing and we had a few minutes left of class so the teacher told us to run laps for the last few minutes. I have asthma so I knew this wouldn’t be good and I didn’t take my inhaler before class like usual because the white board that says what we’re doing that day didn’t say we were running so I thought I would be fine. When I asked her if I could get my inhaler because I was struggling to breathe she just said “you should have done it before class. Just walk instead of run” like um hello can you not hear my voice I’m wheezing I can’t breathe like that’s kind of a murder waiting to happen it’s like telling a kid with a certain type of diabetes to just lose weight like it doesn’t just happen
  • Me: Having an asthma attack Random person that sees me dying: wheres your inhaler?! Someone call 911 My lungs: a pathetic inhaler will have no such effect
  • Thanks to HealthSketch for pulling together this awesome presentation about asthma! Adding your video to The Pollen Channel playlist!
  • I had an experience of not breathing from environmental mold exposure! I hope everyone with asthma looks into possible nutrition and environmental contributors or causes! I just presented at a world-wide conference on this, and there's so much that has potential to improve asthma and breathing issues.

When I was younger I had asthma, it's wasn't that bad tho. I had symptoms like shortness of breath and coughing, that's what I'm aware of. But now I healthy and don't have asthma. it felt like you breathing though the smallest tube in the world.
  • Really great video - clear and concise! I'm a doctor and will definitely be using this with patients!
