Let’s not forget about the other cheating man from Taiwan

The Maya Forstater court case in the UK set a precedent that gender critical beliefs are protected under free expression. So I doubt this will go anywhere.

For me it's as simple as releasing the records. If I were Imane and had nothing to hide the first thing I would do is prove I was an XX woman or and XY man with a DSD that meant I didn't go through male puberty. The fact that they won't do that is suspect

It is soooo frustrating how the language of trans ideology has distracted from the actual concerns about her competing in the female category. Obviously Khelif doesn't personally identify as trans, but she does seem to identify with the biological sex that she was mistakenly assigned at birth and subsequently socialized as. So according to the ideology she must be "cis" and therefore is female because she doesn't identify as trans? It's all so convoluted. I really empathize with Khalif having to come to terms with her biology being not what she had been raised to believe, that has got to be extremely challening and emotionally confusing. But i don't think it should mean that she gets a free pass to compete against biological females in the highest boxing competition in the world, given the very real and well researched physical differences between males and females. I think no matter which side this lawsuit favord, it's going to set a very imporant precident about what is free speech and what is harassment.

Of course she’s right, that huge man should have been disqualified

Ya I saw a video done by contrapoints and some gay dude saying it was "transphobic misogynist, racist, homophobia". If that is a "cis woman" then what is an actual female? That is HILARIOUS the person sues for defamation- LOL "slander" has to be baseless lies to ruin a reputation. Not calling a male a man who is sneeking in the game.

So is France going to prosecute every time anybody from any country in the world says something online that hurts someone’s feelings from any other country in the world? They’re going to be quite busy. This is comical and extremely dumb. 😂

One thing I don't understand, why block the release of the tests? Why not take another test and release the results? If I were IK, and I knew I was a woman, I would have done anything to shut down the rumors. Also the case is just about cyberbullying... I don't think it matters if it's true or not what they said, just that it caused harm.

my brain is absolutely fried after a complete short circuit when the IOC were like, well the passport says female and that's good enough for us. despite what felt like a no brainer because I immediately thought, but that's a man, punching women in the face, I resigned myself to wait for more information to come to light because I needed it to make sense. maybe my eyes are trolling me here, but I see a male so what's up with that, that can't be right. when they gave us "born female, raised as female, lives as female" it just registered as woke nonsense and felt more and more disingenuous. manipulative language from different sides twisting the narrative and still no satisfactory answers. then I saw a recent interview with a developmental biologist explaining in depth about DSDs and outlining one we might be looking at here and it suddenly made sense. the conduct of the IOC has been beyond the pale. I blame them more than him. the controversy and scrutiny surrounding him could have been avoided, but they had to go with the woo-woo and allowed this to happen and did nothing to contain the inevitable. he's still a liar and a cheat though, because the DSD that was indicated would put him through male puberty. at that point, how can you not know? and if you somehow missed that for whatever reason, what about the tests that were acknowledged? still so many things left unanswered.

I was taught that it’s wrong for a man to hit a woman no matter what.

Another YouTuber, Jack Saint, stated that because Imane Khelif has lost to 9 women previously that this in itself invalidates the belief that anyone with male chromosomes being allowed to compete in women’s sports would always dominate.
  • What sources are available for the allegations that certain sports orgs target DSD athletes?

Imane never had any issue with competing in boxing before 2023. In 2023, Imane beat a Russian boxer at the IBA world championships - directly after this the IBA, which by sheer coincidence has a Russian president and disqualified Ukraine from its competitions while admitting Russia and Belarus decided to do a spot medical check on Imane. That test, which the IBA has never released details or results of, coincidentally lead to her being instantly disqualified. The IBA President then went on TASS (Russian State News) to say Imane had XY chromosomes, he has never offered any evidence of this. The IBA is not in charge of Olympic boxing due to massive corruption (the IOC suspended the IBA in 2019 and formally withdrew all recognition from them in 2023) the IOC released a statement saying they believe the test results were arbitrary and fabricated and hence they do not recognise them, and that in any case the IBA and its decisions have zero jurisdiction in olympic boxing (due to the massive corruption scandal and derecognition) Imane was born a woman, has always been a woman, has the ability to give birth and etc. There is zero evidence of her having different chromosomes or elevated testosterone levels or DSD or any genetic disorder. However none of these facts matter when you can paint a narrative that she's a man to stir outrage and make your narrative look better. For the Italian it's also a great way to save face from being bad at boxing.

Ok, a serious question: ISN'T Khelif, by definition, trans? I mean if we remove coopted intersex language: he's a male, identifying as a woman. Even after learning about his actual biology. Isn't it literally transgender??
  • @spiralvoid45
i really hope khelif sues the pants off of jk rowling and elon. Khelif was only following the rules, she doesn't deserve the cyberbullying she has been receiving
  • If she was mistakenly assigned female at birth, i can be mistakely assigned male at birth.
