We are a small and happy country, and its definitely sad to see Indian friends in the comments who want Bhutan to merge with India. Sikkim never joined India, it was taken over amidst a variety of situations that made it possible for India to take over sikkim.

Some facts: the reason why Bhutan forcefully expelled its Nepalese population from Bhutan was cause it got scared of what happened to the fate of king of Sikkim. The majority of the people who protested against Monarchy of Sikkim and wanted to merge with India was Nepalese population of Sikkim.

India should be wary of the question that - "Is Bhutan going the Tibet way?"

It's really a very uncommon video describing the history of Sikkim, Bhutan, Nepal, Tibet... So many unknown stories are now known to us. It's very very hard for anybodyelse to describe the entire story for such prolong period at a stretch without any break.Thank you. 👍
