  • The fashion of the late 80's and early 90's is still really cool. The leather...the boots...the hair...and the music is timeless too! ...great stuff!

I've seen these guys a bunch of times and there's no mics turned down or non-tuned guitars. Rick Neilsen sings when he wants, that's just how it is. They have fun. No one notice the 8-string bass? That's why it sounds like 2 guitars and a bass.
  • I saw Rick play this glorious guitar in 1978 at the Blackham Coliseum in Lafayette, LA!
  • @supahz
Three cheers for Bun E. Carlos!
  • Bun E. Carlos was ahead of his time as a drummer
  • one inch of this blows the fuck outta the 90s to present
  • I was at this concert. Two girlfriends and I got to meet the band and rode around Houston in their limo with them.
  • Cheap Trick was ahead of its time. They sound like the soon to be grunge bands of the 90s.
  • @raywagman
That guitar looks very light and easy to play!!!
  • I saw them twice. .When Rick brought out the five neck everyone went crazy.Nothing like it before! He said it weighs over 40 lbs.The best show I’ve ever seen!!!!
  • @guyd37
Just saw them live an hour ago. They are still as good as.....
  • Yep...this song is always worth the price of admission to a Cheap Trick concert...definitely one of the 10 Best "Take No Prisoners" Rock N' Roll songs of all time...
  • That is one heavy ass guitar. When I got the honor of working 2 Cheap Trick shows the second show I was the stand in between Rick's guitar tech and Rick. The tech would hand me the guitars and I would hand them to Rick as he handed a guitar back to me. When he handed me that 5 string I almost fell forward
  • @JCHaywire
Not their very best era, but also not their worst. Bun E's such an amazing drummer, man. Nobody gives it that heavy heavy swing that he does.
  • Wow, the dome... So many good memories... Really do miss those days..
  • this live version is SO GODDAMN GOOD! the energy, the tone, everything’s there. fw cheap trick they’re legends of power pop
