All Sage's from the Past - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (HD)

Fun little fact: the carvings on secret stones were actually designed after kanji and they directly show what the wielder's power are with it. Wind：風 Water：水 Fire：炎 Thunder：雷 Spirit：魂 Time：時 Light：光 Dark：闇 Truly a beautiful design.

I just noticed the Sages and Champions are the same voice actors: 25:59 Gerudo Sage - Urbosa’s Voice 19:26 Goron Sage - Daruk’s Voice 3:35 Rito Sage - Revali’s Voice 12:20 Zora Sage - Mipha’s Voice I love how they did that to bring back the voice actors of BotW, except for Daruk’s because him and Yunobo are the same actor.

Imagine Daruk, Mipha, Urbosa, and Revali becoming Sages in the Age of Calamity Alternate Timeline.

It’s honestly really heartwarming when Tulin gets happy about learning he’s the new Sage of the Wind :)

Timeline Theory: Sheikah technology began development shortly after Rauru sealed Ganondorf. Zelda warned them of the Calamity before the Zonai tech returned to the sky. The Shiekah used the time they had to study the Zonai technology and replicate it. The Four Divine Beasts were named after the four remaining sages; Ruta, Rudania, Medoh, and Naboris. A thousand years pass, just as Ganondorf said, and the first Calamity is born, later fought by a cloned hybrid of the myriad Hylain races, coincidentally named Link.

It would be interesting to see all the 4 sages played at the same time To hear the four telling the same story

I cant watch this peacefully without thinking that Mipha, Urbosa, Daruk, And Revali would of been the sages if they would of survived 😢

Gotta say the Goron Sage was best narrator of the all. Almost like he’s used to narrating. If you know you know.

What’s kinda funny is that if Teba was actually the new sage instead of Tulin and if Sidon was genderswapped, we would’ve had an entire generation of the voice actors just talking to themselves from their past to their future selves.

It’s so sad that Daruk, Mipha, Revali and Urbosa didn’t live long enough to awaken as sages, they could have definitely survived if that was the case 😢

The generation before did a terrible pass down to this one if revali and the other champions of his time knew about the stones they would have been so much stronger

Riju and Yunobo have the best two awakenings in my opinion. Yunobo’s secret stone becomes a freaking sumo belt, which makes sense since Gorons love to test their strength in sumo matches, and Riju was always happy being around Link and was so happy to get to fight alongside him.

I think some of this game's DLC should explore these ancient sages' identities

Fun fact: if you wear a divine beast helmet ie: the van rundania helm, yunobo will wear the fire sage helm

My headcanon is that the names of the ancient sages are Medoh, Rudania, Ruta and Naboris. The Sheikhah named the Divine Beasts after them.

It could be nice if Zelda wore a mask like the other sages, maybe a dragon mask. So know her identity could be a mistery… kind of…
