When it came out, just like Alexa, and siri, I did not do it. It was a common sense to me that they were gathering information.

I never ever trusted in giving my DNA over to big corporations. I definitely am protective about my privacy in concerning these matters.

I think we all figured this would happen. I turned mine into ancestry and regretted it immediately. I wonder how long it'll take ancestry to sell 🤨

This is why you shouldn't trust these things. Don't give out information you're not willing to have shared. This is also why some people tend to get angry when they get filmed, or photographed without their consent or knowledge. Who knows where your face is going to end up?
  • That ship sailed for me years ago. I was in the military, which keeps DNA records on every member. If any of my family was going to be busted as a serial killer or discovered as a missing person, it would have happened by now. Add to that the fact that I actually DO have family members who are criminals, the cops probably have an abundance of my family's DNA in their system.
  • I figure the government already had mine when i went after my sons father for child support in the 90s and he tried to say my son wasnt his.

I done a Private Investigations course here in Australia about twenty years ago now. In one class we were told by the teacher, who was an ex Police Sergeant of about 30 years. That the blood samples which are taken of children here in Australia just after they are born, are stored and not immediately destroyed. And that DNA samples are being taken from those blood samples. Which are then stored into a DNA Database. Blood samples of newborns have been taking place here in Australia since before I was born. And I was born in the 1960's. I don't know how true his statement was, but everything else he told us was true.

  • Great video brother! There is one that makes you sign a hippa agreement. And they arent allowed to share the results with anyone else or legal prosecution against the company can happen.
