You will make it to the end, don't give up.. Iv given up so many times and it's so hard starting from scratch again.. Right now I am studying childcare because I want to work with kids with disabilities.. Something I didn't have growing up.. Getting knock backs is never nice but it also makes you stronger... Do you use any AIDS in the kitchen?? I really hope that you get this job... You do have a great outlook.. Even if you don't think so yourself.. We all have the bad days.. Having stargardts is the biggest pain in the ass ever but iv also learned so much from having it too.. Anywho, I have rambled enough.. I just wanted to say good luck really and keep posting the videos.. You are the only person I have found online with this disease who is the same age as me and always had it... I'm Irish by the way!!

OMG! I too have SD and I TOO worked in a commercial kitchen/bakery when I was YOUR AGE :) They told me to make 50 salads in 30 minutes ...I quit! lol SD is hard on every level but SD and commercial kitchens are the HARDEST. I hope you are workin with DBS and if NOT, you should be...DBS can help you KEEP the job...xoxo
