When I was about to turn 30, a friend told me that my 30s were "your 20s but with more money and more confidence" and that has been so true so far. Embrace ageing! It's actually pretty great

I just got done watching this episode a few minutes ago. I was laugh crying hysterically due to boy Tay out of the blue singing the "Dream song" from "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lava Girl". I really needed that more then you know boy Tay. That was the upmost beyond unexpected best gift a friend can give another friend for their birthday especially when they know how extremely hard things have been lately dealing with life's low points. Boy Tay that is just you being you to a tee. All about friendships and the people knowing each other that is in them. Speaking of that, I noticed how emotional you got when you was talking about a green flag for you in a friendship is when a person can be their for you for your lows as well as your highs. I heard it in your voice as you nonchalantly tired to cover it up. I know that the question really hit you emotionally. For me, the big green flag in a friendship is when they are there for you through it all with you...highs, lows, and everything in between. The other big green flag for me, is being sarcastic and being up front honesty who you are as a person, real and genuine true self. Those two big things are what make the best lasting friendships for me when people are not afraid to be upfront honest real genuine true self with the other person in the friendship.

  • It’s been a while that I’ve seen the podcast I really need to catch up with the other’s episodes but I’m glad I was able to watch this one , always with subjects and stories that I’ve been through I feel very relieved because back in the day there was no social media or YouTube and I really love this podcasts like yours that always have very interesting topics to talk about!! Love the show! You both are awesome in the interviews and solo shows. You guys are doing great things for mental health awareness. Girl Tay is climbing that Hollywood ladder being a #GirlBoss 🍋🧠💛 I know you've gotta make that money and money comes from "ads" and "partnerships," but theres no way you use everything you advertise (which is fine). Hopefully you'll both find your niche and it will flow better so your partnerships will seem more genuine. Being relatable is one of your best traits and makes others feel so at ea
