Coming from a 37 years old that had a lot of relationships long term and not (married for 5 years now), every couple is different, I loved your answer, do whatever the hell makes you happy, once a day, once a year, who cares as long as you're both happy, communication is the key. Not only on frequency but as you said, showing and voicing what you like, if they feel awkawrd or offended, they are not the right partner for you, bealive me girls, good men exist, don't settle.

14:00 I also learned this recently as well. it’s so important it is to be with a guy who you’re comfortable with and makes you feel secure about your body. Turns out hookups aren’t as fun and “empowering” as some people online swore it was lol. Personally i think it feels degrading to be treated like a used tissue and not a human being with feelings! Intimacy and sex is 100% better when you’re with somebody that genuinely values you. 💯
