Just did this ride last weekend. Sadly it poured rain. We found the road conditions in the Tunnel of Trees to be horrible. There were ruts and potholes everywhere.

Unlike the Tail of the Dragon, at least if you wreck on that you somewhere descent to land. Tail it’s either into a rock face or a steep drop off. Nice ride 😎😎

It would of helped if you mentioned the route I caught Silver lake and Traverse City that’s all I caught. Nice view

Tunnel of the trees should be a slow putt through, taking in the scenery. You were to heavy on the throttle to enjoy the route. Please come back and try again.

I was very disappointed in the tunnel of trees. But up though Lake County and Manistee was beautiful
