Rain World - Hey Ya / Duck Dance with Riv and Moon

I've seen a couple people suggest they're both handling the camera which I think is a cute take :)

I like to believe Pebbles tried to apologize to Moon and she said "Sing this song with NSH, Hunter, and Arti while me and Ruffles dance" and he had no choice but to comply

As far as I'm concerned, the reason Moon and Rivulet are the main dancers is because Rivulet is the only scug with enough energy to spin that much while also not getting dizzy.

I love how Hunter is really on NSH's wavelenth while Arti looks like they've just been dragged along and briefed

I love how in the entirety of rainworld we only see a single picture of NSH and it’s not even showing his face and yet people have fully distinguished his appearance and personality

I think people need to appreciate choice of the song. Hey Ya is pretty much about aesthetics of happiness trying to hide existential dread and value of relationships, which funnily fits with the questions the Rain World rises through it's campaign.

I have literally no clue who any of these characters are or why they are dancing but I swear to all that is on this green earth that I am invested in them

One thing I really love about this is the little detail of Hunter basically completely copying everything NSH does, while Arti often does the same type of actions as Pebbles, but takes her own spin on it. As well I can just feel the "happily vibing Squidward" energy oozing off of FP and Arti. Also little Saint poking their head out at the 'ice cold' part makes me so happy. This is unironically one of my favourite things that has come out of the rain world community and I love it XD. Please take a rest now your poor hands must be demolished.

This animation was genuinely the final straw that got me to buy Rain World, but it did not prepare me for how the canon story plays out. 10/10!

2:20 I love how saint just appears for a second when they’re saying “ice cold.” Especially since their campaign has a mechanic that makes you freeze to death.
