    Message to anyone who thinks that they can’t give up: I was a 25 a day Marlboro Red smoker for 27 years. I honestly believed that I would never be able to quit and that it would eventually kill me. But then one day I decided that I was going to quit, and really meant it. Forget the patches, the gum and all that crap, I tried those and failed. Just bite the bullet and go cold turkey. Sweat it out for three days and you are done. Use the power of repetition to convince yourself that you don’t need that crap, over and over. I haven’t smoked in over 20 years. You can do it too. Good luck.

    This truly works. I listened to this once using headphones, relaxing, letting my mind receive, and two weeks after that, I quit cold turkey. Three years later, I'm still smoke-free ! THANK YOU ❤️ x YOU CAN DO THIS!

    Exactly three years ago today, May 31st 2015, I woke up and did not light up a cigarette, neither did I crave to have a smoke. I did not wear a patch or chew a nicorette gum, nor did I use one of those e-cigarette things. I basically went cold turkey. I'd wanted to give up years ago, but was afraid of the 'come-down' and just didn't believe I could do it, especially because I'd been smoking for 33 years, since I was 15. I did it though! On May 30th 2015 I took my last puff, listened to this meditation and went to bed. The next day, I woke up feeling very positive. For a few weeks after, I had little craves, but not like I thought they would be. I have now gone 1,096 days without lighting a cigarette. Thank you!!!
  • Listened to this for a week before I quit. I haven't smoked in a month. It's been easy so far. I've been a smoker 50 years and tried many times to quit. Thanks 🙏 still smoke free.

    30+ year smoker... listened to this on June 15, 2021... only three days but have not smoked since and don't plan on ever smoking again. You have to really want it, but this made it so much easier than all the other times I quit in my life, let this be the last. Thank you. 🙏🏼 3rd Update: FOUR complete successful weeks. Playing it again, just because... thanks! 4th Update: nearing the end of 2023 and I'm not smoking... I did have a relapse, but I'm good again. I say this because it happens, you shouldn't beat yourself over it when/if it happens...just love yourself and go back to the battle. Life is so much better without cigarettes. Wishing you success in your journey.

    I got sick with bronchitis April 22, and while half unconscious in bed I googled stop smoking hypnosis. This is one of the 2 days worth of videos that played as a loop while I was knocked out in bed. I've been smoke free for a month with no urge to go back.

    I cried when visualizing my first cigarette. I was a lonely young boy longing to fit in, and be accepted as one of the group. My life has been riddled with this desire to belong. I now know that my desire to smoke has played a role in being a compensatory need to fulfill my lack of self-worth. I am on day 13 now felt a subtle craving, so I decided to watch this. Thank you.

    I fell asleep watching this about 3 months ago and about a week later I quit cold turkey. I was just done. I had a weak moment and tried to smoke one in my car a couple weeks ago and it was so gross to me I couldn’t even do it. This video along with prayers and affirmations really helped me. Speak it into existence. Manifest it.

  • Thank you for a great meditation. My hubby just got diagnosed with lung cancer.. he quit 21 months ago. I quit with him but only lasted 9 months. I am now going to quit for the very last time. I pray for all of us that wish to quit that your journey is not hard and you reach your goals.

  • I am 56 years old and started smoking at about the age of 13. I have been so desperate to find a hypnotist because I saw it work first hand for my father years ago. I smoked at the least two packs a day. Today I put all my faith in this video and am proud to say it has been six hours since my last cigarette and I am not having any cravings for them!     I've been off nicotine since 11/5/2020. I used to listen to this years ago. Although my quitting journey included multiple attempts and strategies I finally made it! I wanted to listen to this to remember what it felt like when I wanted so desperately to be a non smoker. You got this! Keep going.

    I found out I was pregnant two weeks ago and I've been smoking since I was 12 years old and today is the day that I stopped not because of me but because of my baby very hard cuz I'm so used to smoking started making me very sick to my stomach so if you guys can keep me in your prayers I will really love and appreciate that
