    What makes these so deeply emotional is because not only are these people excited to have their family coming home, we know that for every soldier that came home, there were ten that didn’t, who never got to see their family, who never had this moment. Cherish these moments, and be thankful for the brave and willing soldiers who never got to have this moment.

    How very beautiful. My son died 4 years ago, but I will never forget all the hugs we shared and how wonderful it was to see him with his family. PTSD is real, everybody. Don't ever forget and hold your loved ones near.
