  • Hey man, do you have any form advice for runners struggling with hip issues? I’ve been dealing with pain running down my leg, beginning at my left hip/glute area, and was wondering if you believe this could an issue of improper form? I typically lean forward when I run, but have noticed from the frontal plane it looks as if I sway from side to side, but not in the way you’ve shown Kipchoge to do so in previous videos, more so of a twisting of the hips to allow for proper range of motion. Do you have any idea on how to remedy this and how to practice proper hip swing? Also I’d like to know how you feel about ground contact time, how hard contact should be and if active push off via hip extension is something we should think about at all. Thanks for your help, and your videos have been really informative.
  • To me his stride looked a little choppy when he broke the record as compared to how he runs on the track, but maybe thats his intention. How he blew away Cheptegai's record by 12 secs, crossed the finish line fresh as a daisy blows me away lol
  • I thought you were adamant that foot strike wasn't as important as hip movement and forward lean. If it is still important, how could one fix that left foot turning out?

  • Done clean? I'm having a harder and harder time believing these Kenyans are truly great, have to be honest here. Literally Kenyans are being caught left and right doping
