The tour we didn’t know we needed!
  • Only Oren could make a 20 minute video about toilets so interesting

I’m 70, this is the first toilet video I’ve watched. Who’d have known.

Oren, you have the most exquisite Jewish sense of humor

I came here from your recent personal video at Tel Gezer. One thing that strikes me about ancient history is realizing that even though our modern lives seem different, the people of old laughed, cried, and needed to eat, sleep, and relieve themselves just like we do. I can tell from the practical, educational, and humorous details throughout this video that you are a quality tour guide, Oren. The city of Jerusalem (especially the Old City) is a place dear to my heart, but I had not heard about or seen the public toilet in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, so thanks for this tour. I appreciate how you say that peace will not come by dramatic actions of rulers or wars or government edicts, but simply by people meeting each other in the midst of basic life. We all need hope for peace, now more than ever.

The most important tour when visiting a new city. Brilliant!

I came to watch because you asked; I watched to the end because it was worth it! A woman viewer.

What a wonderful possibility: peace spriging from the one place in Jerusalem that every human being can visit, regardless of religious affiliation. United by bodily functions.

Oren, buddy, there is absolutely a prayer for bedroom activities, a simple shout of, “Oh God,” in any language.
  • Ive only found your channel after 10/7. Your beautiful videos will be the closest i ever get to Jerusalem. Thank you for the respect you show to everyone.

Love the thought that we, the people if the world all have the same need for a toilet... and indeed food, a place to rest and air to breath. As we are all equal in these things, may we all be equal in all things. Everyone is important and no one is more than important than the next person. ❤

Someone in a video recently told me I should watch this, God bless
  • Every breath you take... every move you make... Perfect toilet music 😂😂😂

I can't believe I've watched a 20-minute video about toilets and loved it so much. Great video!

I lived on a kibbutz for a year in 1983/84. Loved every second of my experience. I have been on dozens of tours led by catholics, evangelicals, armenians, jews, muslims, agnostics and atheists. I have watched the guides change emphasis of history to cater to the tour group. You Oren are the most fair, knowledgable, genuine, humurous guides i have come across. Anyone you guide through the city would benefit. I have been appreciating all your hard work. Well done! Shalom
