The Gospel of Judas is a Gnostic gospel. The content of consists of conversations between Jesus and Judas Iscariot. Given that it includes late 2nd century theology, it is thought to have been composed in the 2nd century by Gnostic Christians, rather than the historic Judas himself. The only copy of it known to exist is a Coptic language text that has been carbon dated to 280 AD, plus or minus 60 years. Without Judas' betrayal there could be no salvstion. It is said that Jesus accepted this as his fate, and so it makes sense Judas helped him fulfill this, and making himself cursed in the eyes of the material world, but exhalted in the spiritual.

When you hear and read all these different gospels and books like the Book of Enoch, Judas, the lost Gospel of Thomas etc. NO WONDER the Church decided to cut it all from the "canon", because they ALL completely toss aside the "One God, one Heaven, one Hell" ideology that they use to take control of the sheep...

Dang, I kinda like these Gnostic gospels more than the 4 we got in the "canon"! It's absolutely astounding to me that anyone could believe in religion (thought I understand the emotional reasons why), yet I find myself drawn to these stories. It's fascinating what conceptions the human brain is capable of.

They way Jesus mentioned how Judas would be the 13th,now gives a little light as to why that number maybe considered an unlucky number.

Interesting how Jesus says their earthly god is evil and its actually the almighty god that gave man knowledge so that they may not follow their bad god anymore. In the modern bible it states that it was satan that gave the fruit of knowledge to man
