Price-force ratio i would say the china $1 1st (excellent result overall), wurth 2nd (given that was the only that broke it means that is really hardened, so it will last for life, good for professionals), and no name $0.3 3d (great deal for ocasional use).

In fact, all components, including the hydraulic press, are made in China; it's just that the brand and price vary. You can see there's a Chinese label on the hydraulic press that reads: 'Anhui Bengbu Dayang Sensor System Engineering Co., Ltd., China'.

The one that can withstand more torque may be more durable. But how much torque can a manual wrench give? And can M10 hexagon socket head bolts withstand such a large torque? A wrench that can break a bolt is worse than a wrench that breaks the wrench but doesn't break the bolt.
