Just a quick note, this bike is a joy to ride, and it's incredibly comfortable. It's a noticeable step up from the SL model. If I did not own any parts already I would of loved to build this with Campagnolo Ekar for more a gravel experience, but too much hassle to sell the parts and start over, plus the downtime of the build and costs. I recently went back to pure road tires and set up a new offroad bike. A note about the WTB tires used in this video, they roll well and are comfortable, plus allow you to ride a lot more terrain and be lazy over bumps than a pure road tire. The only issue is they deflate quite fast, and leak sealant a bit around the perimeter and sidewalls, also the logos are not aligned well. I love tubeless but these were a pain. The chain KMC TT is amazing and I used the squirt wax, though it would gum up and leave residue bits on the trainer mat.
17.7lb without tool kit and spare, but including pedals, bell and both mounts for gopro and computer.

I love my 2023 SLR 7 Ultegra. My only gripe are the Bontrager tubeless tires. My rear tire started to bulge after two months. They did warranty it. But TREK guy told me your not the only one. The manager said it was a factory defect. I ended up having them replaced with 32mm GP 5000 tubeless. But overall very comfy and relatively fast ride
