As a Rangers fan, we loved to hate you. But underneath the "hate", there was respect. Your love of the 'black & gold' was always evident and genuine. Best of luck to you and yours and all the future has to offer.

The voice behind some of my happiest memories. You can call him a homer, that’s why we love him. Nobody turns a phrase quite like Jack 🫡

I haven't been there for all of it but damn I cried. Boston is never gonna have an announcer with this much passion ever again.

I know I'll miss listening to him call games. The Bruins have been lucky to have some of the greatest NHL play by play guys. Fred Cusick and Jack Edwards, two of the greats. Nobody calls games with the emotion and enthusiasm as Jack. He called the game with the excitement it deserves.

Jack you will be missed. The enthusiasm you poured into each and every game can't be and probably won't ever be replaced. In order to be a great broadcaster you have to be a great fan. No one is a greater fan of the Bruins than you showed over 19 yrs. Happy retirement brother Bruin!

Jack is one of a dying breed. I always appreciated the passion and energy he brought to every game. I always got the sense that he was genuinely excited to call each and every game. He loved the Bruins and hockey in general, and it showed in each call. One of the greats.

I could only get my mom to watch full B’s games when Jack called them. He made them truly entertaining, the most passionate sports broadcaster there is. We’ll miss him very much❤
