My first 30 minutes workout without any breaks needed. I started to do home workout on the beginning of the year and I usually took extra 10-30 minutes break to complete the whole set. Today, after a month of consistency I finally has the strength to complete the workout without adding more breaks. To all people who just started, I know it's hard in the beginning but with full consistency and passion you can reach your target. Hopefully, I will reach my goal this year. Goodluck for everyone! <3
