    Guys tomorrow is gonna be my first day of this exercise I'm 13 yr 155 cm and 59 kg 😢 i loss a lot of weight with intense diet but the moment when i started to eat sugar again and got puberty at the same time i was like a balloon i was 50 kg and now I'm like 58-59 i need it to make it up to at least 50 but my aim is to strike 43 kg which was my weight at 2021.... bless me guys gonna start it from tmrw ❤️

    this workout is worked! i’ve been did this wo for 2 weeks, my weight before is 49,8kg and now i’ve got 46,6kg!!! but i suggest if you want this work well you must to calories deficit too guys, cheer up for you all!

    Day 1: Completed. Made me sweat a lot. Not too difficult but feeling good! Day 2: Missed it. Got a bit lazy. Day 3: Completed. Regretted missing 1 day. But I dont intend to miss again!

    Great workout, thanks for posting. I'm a beginner, male, and 62, so at first it felt awkward and clumsy. For anyone new, click on settings (the sprocket) and slow the speed to 0.75 to get familiar with some routines and adjust back to normal with ones that are comfortable. Also, I do 15 minutes, pause for 10, then resume. I hope this helps.

  • I started this workout yesterday, and I thought it was the longest 30 minutes of my life. 😂 Today's my 2nd day doing it, and surprisingly, the whole thing just passed by too quickly.

    I don't have much energy to exercise today but this workout is easy to follow and easy on my body. I sweated a lot, my heart's beating fast but I'm not out of breath. This is a good exercise for days I don't feel like moving but needed to be consistent with my workout routine. Thanks 😘
  • Hello Mizi,i have hypertention and diabetic too..i think this is the exercise i need...im 50 yrs old by the way...been following your vedios.. recently my cardiologist adviced mi to stop my exercise routine for 1 month but ill be back to it by d end of the month so excited to try your new steps...😘thank you

    I already lose 3 kg in a week and I guess my stemina is increasing. I do plank up to 1 min❤ for two times . I will continue this workout for daily basis 💪. It has been 3 months, I lose totally 5 kg , turn 60 to 55kg ❤. It's 53 kg now 💜thank you Mizi It's 50 kg 🤞now
