i literally thought this would be kinda easy. finished and i am DRENCHED in sweat. like DRENCHED as if I just came outta pool. This is so good. Gonna keep it up.

Started on 6th March 2024, lost 1.5kg after a week with a calorie deficit diet. I dont count the calorie but usually drink shakes/ a bowl of cereal in the morning then I skip lunch and for dinner i eat whatever I want. My tummy has reduced significantly and I will continue doing for another week and update on the progress!

Thank you Mizi!! I have been doing this workout for about 3 months(?) And I was 211 lbs (96kg) And now i weigh in at 185 lbs (84kg) to people asking if it works. It does!! Thank you again Mizi. EDIT: I have gained the weight back. (it is 100% my fault, nothing to do with Mizi or her content.) So, i'm doing this workout every other day (Or every day) untill April 2024. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I DON'T DO THE ENTIRE 30 MINUTES IN ONE ROUND, I DO 10 TAKE A BREAK, AND SO ON. (I still do the entire workout in 1 day though.) DAY 1: I felt way more relaxed after the workout, and it did kinda feel like I lost an inch or 2(?) (This is likely not true.)
