I bet he had to learn to run to get away from all of the girls chasing him.

He is attractive as hell. He's fine and he has such a positive attitude.

I was in high school with the Clapp brothers. I remember the day it happened and the shock. I'm so happy to see him well.

I've been struggling with depression for years, but never more so than lately. This video was the first thing that made me feel anything in over a year. Thank you for your strength, Cameron. It affects more than just people struggling with physical disabilities.

this mother is incredibly strong. I can't imagine the pain she felt in her lifetime. I wish her the happiest life going forward from now.

From 3:00 - 4:00 .. all of that just to stand up onto his legs.. something millions of us take for granted and get to do multiple times a day in a second without thinking twice about it.

My daughter-in-law lost her left hand in an accident in high school. She was able to braid her own hair before she left the hospital after 1 month. The accident happened a week after Prom and she still went to her high school graduation. She's a gymnast and a month after the hospital she was back in the gym practicing until she could do things with one hand. And she still plays the piano. I could go on and on. I remember the first time my son told me about this "friend" in college. They barely knew each other at the time but I said Marry Her!!! I'm so happy he did.
  • I’ve been a bilateral amputee for about 4 years now. It’s truly hard adapting. So many ppl don’t understand the internal emotions we go through, but remain bright on the outside. Proud of you!

Hi Cameron, My name is Chris, i`m a 64 year old above right knee amputee from South Africa. I live in a village by the name of Clarens in the Eastern Free State, we are surrounded by the most amazing sand stone mountain ranges. At present it is raining quite heavily, i was busy going through various you tube site with regards to prosthetic knees when i came across your video. I have not been so inspired since loosing my leg, you have really been such an inspiration in that video i just can't tell you how much. I just need to get the right prosthetic and i will be able to climb all these mountains with my family which i thought was totally out of my reach, no my dreams could also become reality. Cameron you are an amazing person, healthy able body people could learn so much from you...don't ever stop.
  • The mom was 100% correct to walk out of the first doctors office! My sister was in a motorcycle accident and the handle of the bike went through her thigh. The ER doctor said he had to amputate her leg at the hip to save her life, but mom cussed him out and said she wanted a real doctor! She very quickly found someone who agreed to try to save my sisters leg. She now has a hole in her thigh big enough to put your fist in, but she can do anything she could before the accident. She does have some pain at times and has to put her leg up when she sits down, but if mom had listened to the ER doctor, she would have had a completely different life. Not necessarily a worse life, but definitely a bit more difficult life.
  • Cameron is my buddy in real life and is seriously the most amazing human I have ever met! Such a blessing to this planet 🌎 ❤️
  • Amazing how a few drinks can drastically change a person's life. He's a good looking guy, I'm glad he's not letting the accident bring his spirit down. He appears to be coping well.
  • Cameron is a towering example of the potential of the human spirit.

First prosthetist: He's never going to walk again. Second prosthetist: We'll have him up and walking today. Yeah, that seems about right.

Yes, Cameron did some stupid stuff when younger but, that same cocky attitude served him well in recovery and beyond. Well done, sir!

This is beautiful. Have you heard about this other kid Loren, he had a forklift roll over on him at 18 and he lost one arm and his PELVIS and legs. Nothing below the belly button. He could use some encouragement if you still read these comments. God Bless You, keep spreading hope. Love

Me being from Australia, I just assumed he was attacked by a shark.

This family has felt an insane amount of pain.. his mother has been through the most amount of pain a mother can go through in her life. If you’re reading this you’re the most resilient, loving, strong woman I’ve ever laid eyes on. What a beautiful strong family ❤️
