Imagine being a living god, ruler of a nation and practically un-killable. Now imagine some guy with a goat helmet walking in to your palace, getting absolutely plastered, and then proceeding to cleave your head off.

What's more is that after you kill vivec, you can go around the city and tell people he's dead, and they'll refuse to believe it and call you a blasphemer.

Arrille sells a very cheap version of the Resist Magicka spell. Easiest way to get the hold of that effect.

2:14 Omfg. 1000+ hours, several characters, several playthroughs, two near 100% play throughs, mods upon mods, hundreds upon hundreds of hours of just exploring, re-exploring. Restarting, a decade + of knowing this game, and I never knew that axe was there. Holy. Shit.

You can avoid spells easily by moving left/right in quick succession. Vivec's magicka enables him to cast his spell of doom only 3 times or so.
