This pattern of paying whichever qb is up for renegotiation the highest is stupid.
  • @jahbrake9791
Eventually teams gotta say "Nah..we ain't doing this crazy shit"
  • @ronnien8214
The problem was paying Daniel Jones 45 mil the giants caused a serious problem the NFL really needs to put a stop to this the QB market is going up way to fast and is not keeping up with the salary cap

Tua's biggest issue is that we haven't had an OLine crack the top HALF much less Top Ten of the league in TWENTY YEARS. Tua took ju-jitsu classes so he could learn "how to fall", he was THAT SHOOK. Ryan Tannehill was the most sacked QB in the league TWO YEARS IN A ROW while he was here, we crippled him both developmentally and physically. He then moved to Tennesee and brought them to the Conference Finals coming in ~one-third through the season. OLine>QB>Defense... THEN you can focus on the rest of your team!

The biggest problem is NONE of the other QB's are worth $50 million.
  • The forerunner of this was how Brady handled contract negotiations with the Patriots. His thinking led to the all the Super Bowl rings, becoming the GOAT, and building over a half billion $ net worth. Brock Purdy just might take this approach in his contact negotiations next year. He is well grounded and thinks long term. If I’m right, and if Purdy stays healthy, the Niners will be very good for the next 10-15 years.

With Mike calling plays and the best Wr duo in the league , paying Tua what he expects would be a franchise killer and this team would never make it to the super bowl.

These contracts are getting out of control
  • @Leecomg
tua asking for that much money is criminal.
  • @c.l.freeman7654
The owners are looking into making the QB's contract seperate from the salary cap. If they are heading towards 60 mil per season then that would be the smart move

I cannot stress this enough, I'm not even a dolphins fan. In fact, I'm a Patriots fan. But every time this kid takes the field I say a small prayer for him, because before the age of 30 this kid sustained some of the scariest head trauma I have ever witnessed in my life. Bar none. I really hope this kid gets paid, and manages to get out safely at the end of his contract into a comfortable retirement.

No drama in Miami folks. Tua will be in Miami, if the franchise wants him to be there, for at least the next year on the rookie contract and possibly the next 3 with a franchise tag. No real pressure to get the deal done.

Love your video, Mike, and keep up the great work you are awesome bro
  • @HurleysGang
i love tua. all im saying is that we won a game without tyreek waddle stepped up and did what we knew he could do but every game without tua we lost except one game
  • @The_realLT
Tua deserves it. We’ve had 5 diff QBs in this system and they all failed when given the chance

Miami was never ready to trade multiple picks and Tua for Watson. That was nonsense spread by Flores, and he never had the keys. Miami didnt even make a play for Watson when he became available, and nothing has changed in Miami. It was just another example of how BFlo tried to sabotage Tua's career.
