Hey my friends! I know we've spoken a lot about healthy routines and habits and the best workouts, but none of it means much without the right mindset and without finding happiness. My mind has transformed even more than my body over the last 10 years, and deeply absorbing each of these lessons is why (:

"Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you." ❤‍🔥

It’s so strange to say it because I’ve never met you in person, but I SO deeply value your impact on my life and truly care so much about you as a person, Natacha. I cannot thank you enough for creating content that helped me learn to love and appreciate my body instead of criticizing and resenting it. I’m teary eyed typing this because I’ve watched you so many years now and I’m so proud of how far you’ve come and I’m also proud of how far I’m come as a result of watching your content. Thank you. 💛
  • no influencer or YouTuber or coach or teacher changed my life as much as natacha we love you <333

I think the real difference between Natacha and basically any other influencer that I know of is how open she is with her viewers about the ugly/difficult/taboo side of life, and it comes from a place of honesty that cannot be faked. It rings true, so it rings human and therefore it rings to us. Thanks, Nat. You're a trooper for sharing what you share in a position of influence & I have deep respect for you and your job.
  • I know I might sound repetitive but your channel was really life changing. The struggle is still real (ED is a b1tch, society standards suck and family trauma isn’t a joke either) and not every day is a good day but your videos, your programs and you positive energy really keeps me going. Hope one day I’ll get to hug you and thank you in person for all you do ❤
  • 1. No one has it completely figured out 2. Failure is the root to success 3. Take charge of your life or the world will do it for you (Learn to say no) 4. Challenge your beliefs often (Don’t limit yourself) 5. You don’t need to fit In (Peace is happiness at rest; be ruthlessly honest with what makes you happy)

Since the day I turned 18, I have felt completely and utterly hopeless and lost. I’m now 20 and can’t shake the feeling. This was definitely comforting to hear. Always providing such high quality content - thank you Natacha!❤️

“You *need* to be constantly failing to be pushing the boundaries of what you’re capable of.” In life and love❤️ (which really are one in the same)
  • You're NOT difficult. You are a strong woman with qualities and an amazing work ethic who knows what she wants. Don't ever let anyone tell you you're difficult. Unfortunately, a lot of people are just not used to/ready for this kind of commitment.

Hi. I just shared parts of this video with my 8 year old daughter. She is having a hard time fitting in at school. After watching this.... especially the last slide, she decided to be herself and stop worrying about fitting in. Thank you for sharing your positivity!
  • I rarely aspire to be like people on the internet, but your genuineness, mindset and positivity is just something that I hope to embody...forever grateful that one fateful day I searched "how to run" and found your content!! Thank you Natacha! <3
  • I can't believe I started watching you when you had 14K. To see you here now with 1.5 million subs is just incredible. And you deserve it in every way Natacha! I usually don't leach on to ''influencers'' but you have a place in my heart with your joy, authenticity and breath of fresh air. Thank you!

I’m currently on my journey to finding my true purpose/happiness. I needed this today, thank you Natacha ❤
  • Well I love hearing a woman speak from her heart, honestly and bravely. Thank you for fabulous advice and tips. My one piece of advice as a 47 year old woman is never stop wanting to grow , to learn and guard your heart. Trust the journey. Grateful to be alive and well. 🙏🏽 wish you all the best Natacha 💋❤️
  • Needed this so bad lately. Thanks for “failing” fearlessly. It’s inspiring to watch. That’s what’s success looks like to me ♥️
  • this was so beautiful to watch, i had a therapy session recently where we went over a lot of these but actually hearing someone speak of experiences so close to the ones i felt while not fitting in is actually relieving, and to anyone reading this, keep evolving and learning, and do it for yourself ❤️

Last year I was diagnosed with clinical depression and started on medication and therapy. Now my Dr is lowering my dose and one step at a time I'm feeling less like a mess. Still messy some days or weeks, and nothing makes sense, but more people feel like this than we realise! It's important to realise.

I’ve been working HARD on myself lately both mentally and physically and you’ve been my personal cheerleader through it all. I appreciate your content more than I can express and can’t wait to be at a point that I can confidently share my story!
  • I have been having a rough week mentally between my stress and anxiety over personal and professional things in my life and this video was definitely full of things I needed to hear. Thank you Natacha for somehow always having the words to make me feel better and inspire me to keep going even when I feel like I am not capable. I (and I’m sure many others) feel connected to you through your honesty in videos like this and it really feels like getting advice from a friend when I need it most ❤
