This song was only made to help us forget the emotional trauma we just faced at the ending of the game

I can't get over it, this song can't stop making me cry. It's a happy re-unifying song that takes place in a scene when you start building up again, you keep going with your life, only looking forward and standing up everytime you fall. This takes place a long time after Arthur's death, but for us, it was just some minutes or hours later. I was still shocked for his death, and the game forcing us to keep going and letting us know there's no turn back or a way to solve what happened it's a reality check, and it's so sad for me, because it's just like real life. Arthur is a man that've done bad actions and had a wrong behaviour due to things that happened in his life, but I think he (we) notices this even before the big news, so he started realizing some stuff about his environment and "friends" and started acting in a better way, even if he keeps messin' up and acting the wrong way sometimes, he's trying to change to a better person before he goes a way. That's literally me, I reflect myself so much in him... And plus, my name is Arthur too, so this game really hit me hard. "And no matter, what's the weather, we are together" - Hearing this, watching some of the very few people that were good to us building up their new life and being happy without Arthur being there to live that new life, destroys me inside.

they really just wrote the best country song of the decade for a 3 minute cutscene of some guys building a house

It's weird that one of the greatest moments in the last decade of gaming was a quick time event where you build a house

To think Uncle and John had their graves next to each other, so that the old man can pester John for all eternity is just priceless.

This was the best mission in the epilogue because it showed their friendship and it's just wholesome

I had the dumbest smile on my face during this scene.

The real treasure wasn’t gold bars it was giving John the life he deserved

Fun fact: Arthur states in a random, dynamic, encounter that his favorite bird is a blue jay. If Arthur dies with high honor then there is a bluejay in every shot of the housebuilding montage. Damn I love Rockstar for this masterpiece
