    Thats not an Indian thali..thats just an Indian restaurant thali..nobody eats these many varieties at home including people who do manual labor

    This guy is 50? Holy smokes. He looks 35. I first thought why his hairs are white at such a young age 😅.. He has just a perfect body. Obese is a big issue in India. Even WHO has shown it's concerns for Indian youth becoming overweight. Even 5'5 men and women weighs 70kgs in India.

    What should we do in case if we feel such a cravings to eat food like batata wada or samosa or something from a hotel or restaurant? This happens when we're tired? So how can we manage this thing as we are habituated to eat such a variety of food. Also if ypu cam share something how is an organic food is grown up and prepared?
  • Sir BMR/BMI complely health parameter kaise bata skte hai. I am 5'8" and training for almost a decade now. I have good muscle mass and a Little bit of fat. I am 97kg. So just by BMI calculation my stats are always in the category of obese. But i am not obese.
  • Also i have thyroid. Inspite of eating judiciously i am not able to reduce the weight. Pl help me what to eat if u have thyroid and diabetics both

    Ladt sectolion of one meal a day i found it interesting so can we have some more elaborated video that will be good. The same thoughts are coming in mind, eat ony omce or twice a day but wil that hel body to gain the required amount of nutritions?
