I respectfully disagree with the points mentioned in the video. My response: 1. I didn't starve myself and I ate beyond 2000 calories (3 times per day) and stuffed myself for more than a year but still lost weight. It is because again "calories in and calories out" model has flaws. Main focus should be "Hormonal/metabolic" theory where I kept my insulin low enough to burn the fat quickly. I am ready to debate on calorie in and calorie out as it has major FLAWS. 2. I lost more than 15 kgs in the first month alone. And the rest of the weight in the rest 4-5 months. I have before and after pictures. Dec 31st 2019 and Jan 31st 2020 to show the comparison. I am not into body building yet as I had fat to lose. 3. Also I did High intensity interval training everyday while maintaining low calories few months before the diet but my weight increased. It is because the obesity problem has metabolic issues as the main problem. 4. I never said exercise is bad. I interviewed NASA former life sciences director and I know the power of movement but what I said is that exercise is not the best way to lose weight as diet determines 80% of our body shape. 5. Also regarding the bone density I will present high level studies done as there are many. That was just an example. 6. I said vegetable oils weren't there in the pre agricultural system as the main oils. I supported fat based oils. Please look more of my lives. 7. Nitrogen 14,15 isotope testing proves that we are majorly meat eaters. You can easily find the evidence. If you want ping me on Instagram I will message you the studies. 8. Grains/ starch were a part of our life when we are in a starvation mode. Giraffes are found to be eating meat when in starvation then does that make them carnivore? No right? Exactly the same happened with us with starch/carbs 9. I corrected my mistake on Conor mcgregor in lives and comments. It was misspelt. Conor mcgregor won the next match with other guy after Khabib defeated him as his posture got improved by Egoscue VP Brian Bradley. 10. I think you mistaken weight loss with body building. I do recommend people to exercise to build muscles (I recommend you to watch my lives). The major problem is focusing only on calories won't heal health problems as we desired. 11. I conduct live every Saturday and people come there sharing their success stories with BLOOD REPORTS. For an idea, Hba1c went from 14 to 5.8 in 3 months without calorie restriction as they did eat stomach full. Psoriasis reversed for many. We can't reduce Trigylcerides with calorie restriction alone. A person reduced his triglycerides from 800 to 131 in 40 days. I have reports. Thyroid got reversed. PCOS is reversed. Now can we do it with calorie restriction? It's not possible for many. Try the triglycerides one. If you do calorie restriction on grains the triglycerides will increase. 12. Also, Meatrx is not a cult. We found it ourselves and we share our health experience. I recommend you to check out sessions going on there. We never criticise anyone. We just share what we healed. 12. Finally, I shared what worked for me and from the world experts on health.
