    I lost my loved one last year, I used to listen daily and finally convinced him to listen to two of your meditations before he had died. I gradually stopped listening after that, but they helped me so much I can’t remember why I stopped. I’m still broken.. I’m glad I’m back. It just feels like a home I can always return to. Thank you.

    I loooooove your videos. They have had such a positive impact on dealing with my anxiety and my insomnia. Before, 3-4 hours of sleep a night was my normal. And it affected me so much. Anxiety, depression, nausea. Now I average 6 hours a night. That to me, is a lot. And it’s made such a difference. What u do makes a difference in peoples lives. Be proud of yourself. And a big heartfelt thank you.
