As an organizer myself, I can say that kitty won. A bey is considered still spinning when it’s rotating in its spin direction. Belial tilted left and back right, so by the rule books, it officially stopped spinning. However, I won’t blame the organizer since the book is incredibly long(sorta, I’m just lazy) and I rely on discord users to inform me on the rules. Very much a shame you were eliminated from a tournament because of a slip up like that.

Judge called it wrong. The moment Belial paused is the moment it lost its spinning motion. It just proceeded with its natural "DROPPING" motion after it paused. While Kitty on the other hand showed the natural way of gradually losing its spinning motion. It did not paused, it just slowly come to a stop which clearly won the game if only the judge knows how to distinguish spinning motion from a dropping motion..

I’d definitely watch if you started doing these tournaments. I had stopped watching for a while and I’d only occasionally check the channel but I’d start watching again if you did these.

honestly would have called it for kitty at the end since bel was just rocking and kitty had the last spin rotation, however their was a slight turn after bel rocked so maybe thats what they counted, however bel rocked meaning it stopped spinning, so in the end i would have given it to kitty =/
