Ok. I found it. It's from Marl de Jigsaw マルでジグサー(NTSC-J) which is a later game of the Marl Kingdom series. It is also called the Wanderer. If you like this song, definitely check that one out.

This game was the first RPG I got on PS. I soon later found the remake for the DS which I picked up. Sadly one of my Ex's has the PS game and I dunno if she still has it. =c

Such an excellent song. I also have a similar sounding version of this on my channel. I think it was an Atelier game, though the name escapes me at the moment.

theres a remake of it on the DS but its hard to find I got lucky and found a copy in EBGames
