One other way: - stepp 1: change gyms until you find one with at least one guy clearly on gear; - step 2: ask him.

Kenny thank you for making this video. Your advice is spot on. I was on Trt for years with my doctors direction. Getting medical grade product and direction is the way to go. If you are outside the US that's another way, but you still need direction on how to take what you're getting as well as dealing with legal matters once it hits us soil. Great video thanks for putting this out!
