This commentator is doing his best to get called up to the majors he didn't leave out a single detail short of when each person took a breath š
-
74 and have either played or watch BB all my life and NEVER saw that before.
-
I love how the commentary never stops āthe phone pressed up to his left earā was incredibly informative
-
It would be great to have the guys from "Bad Lip Reading" do a show on this scene š
-
That's a new one. Shoulda been a JomBoy breakdown.
-
Keep your eye on #42.

I hope someone took this caster out for a beer and a nice steak dinner after this. Being able to keep interest during the whole situation, radio or not, is something that takes skill. All in all regardless of what was or wasn't said, an Umpire should have more grace and class. Words are words. What you do with them is up to you. I've been called all kinds of racial slurs, but did I get bent out of shape and go after someone? Nope. I laughed, looked at them like they were dumb, and went about my business.
-
Iāll bet this gets him promoted to the Majors to give Angel Hernandez a playmate.
-
Never good when your boss calls you during the game and tells you to leave leave the game immediately

That ump escalated the situation. Continuingly getting in the coaches faces even when they were talking to another ump. They realized he couldn't be reasonable. He should not be able to call another game on this level or any other level for that matter. Should never be going towards a coach like that barking in their and getting into their personal space. He has to go...period.

That was one long walk of shame!
-
Love the whole play by play announcement of whatās going on. Kept us viewers entertained

103,000 baseball fans are really hard up for Spring Training to begin including myself.

This was a very easy 24 minutes to listen to... and most of it was just a bunch of people standing around. Bravo!
-
the amount of money i'd pay for a cellphone video from the dugout steps
-
Announcer is calling this as if it's the actual game. "TJ is in shallow right field, hands on hips, and now he's standing with his arms crossed". He must write novels on the side
-
The two guys in red shirts in the out field were like ādonāt make eye contactā. š

This was a clear case of Ump with a major attitude. You can see he was the one leaning in screaming at Tucker Nathans when he was just trying to plead his case to the Home Plate Ump.. I've seen so many players flip out but Nicholson doesn't belong on the field. Umps are not supposed the be "part of the show" but some do their best to make themselves a big part of it. Over the top strikeout calls, antagonizing players to the point they lose their cool and then get tossed. the MLB has some serious Umps with issues that push the limits. On a side note, I didn't expect to hear the name Pete Incaviglia at the 9:15 mark when I started watching this, a flashback to his playing days crossed my mind. Glad to see he's still part of the game.
