Weight Loss Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
For the smoothie:
½ cup almond milk
½ medium avocado, cubed and frozen
½ medium green apple
½ small banana, chopped and frozen
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 scoop (1 oz) vanilla protein powder
Toppings:
fresh strawberries
fresh pineapple
chia seeds
hemp hearts
coconut chips
mixed dried berries (goji berries, blueberries…)
Directions:
In a high power blender place the almond milk, vanilla protein powder, avocado, apple, banana and spinach and blend until smooth. Pour in a bowl, top with strawberry slices, pineapple pieces, sprinkle with hemp hearts, chia seeds, coconut chips and dried berries or with whatever toppings you like and serve.

Do we need to add vanilla protein? And can we Fat free milk as a replacement for almond milk?
