Forced myself out of the house to smash my 10,000 steps going stir crazy with back pain ... got cut off before I say goodbye I will upload part 2 later x

Oh Jan hope your feeling a bit better today. Beautiful canal route!! I know what you mean though about walking on your own, sometimes that does put me off but we should be able to live without fear.....also did you notice your video cut short? xxx
