I love how Odin was legitimately panicking for a second there, because he knew damn well the consequences if Thor killed Atreus. The Ghost of Sparta would have returned.
  • @samday414
Kratos had no way of knowing when Atreus might turn up. So he has been waiting in that spot for Atreus since he left. Kind of touching when you think about it.
  • I can only imagine how pissed Odin was at Thor after Atreus got away with the mask….

They made Thor a shockingly deep character, and tragic character. You can see just how ashamed he is of himself, and how stressed and depressed he is throughout the game. You can tell he wants to rebel against Odin, but doesn’t due to Odin’s manipulation. And that moment you realize Sif isn’t talking about Atreus, but she’s talking about Odin And this is still a masterpiece in 2024 :)
  • Sif isn't wrong to feel upset. It's just unfortunate how poorly her sons were treated in order to fulfill the desires of an inflated ego.

This portrayal of Thor was one of the best I had the pleasure to witness. He could definitely carry a whole game or book himself. Thor, along with Heimdall, Odin and the rest of the Aesir were fascinating and entertaining. I'll be down to learn and see more of them in any capacity

That sword the OG for saving Atreus at the last instant
  • @SSJBlueVegito
6:39 I love the detail of the thunder being heard in the background signifying that Thor is about to get angry.
  • Coolest part, when Odin tell the Valks, "You two, a word." They are insanely powerful and he treats them like punks.
  • Thor calling Mjolnir from the bar was the funniest scene ever lol

That feel when Sindri and Ingrid saved the Norse Pantheon from a possibly terrible fate.

If kratos heard atreus died to thor *gow5: fall of asgard*☠️
  • @AndreB23
Thor came this close to completely destroying his entire pantheon. On the flip-side, he also almost got his wish to see the Ghost of Sparta again, so there's that.
  • Imagine if Kratos had seen Thor attacking his boy lmaooo, they wouldn't have needed Sutur, Kratos would have been ragnarok itself
  • @Endoxosiroas
What on earth was that quick turn around from Atreus at the very end of the video
  • @Axel_Kasai
It's impressive that that sword could block thor without breaking
  • I believe Thor is one of the best overall characters throughout the game. Yeah, we all know Thor may be a Giant killer and does what Odin orders and uses him to do despite Odin being a father to Thor. Thor would have been hero throughout all the realms but he stood by Odin which was his biggest mistake. Thor seeked revenge for the death of his sons, but Odin seems careless about them whatsoever which he considered Kratos it was "self-defense". And the death of his sons has changed Thor, being more worried with his daughter and showing more resentment at his father as Odin only cares about himself.
