the first word that comes to mind for me when someone says Driveclub is "rain". Some of the best ever
  • @cirotheb5
Driveclub could have been PS4's Forza Horizon, such a shame sony didn't believe in Evolution Studios
  • @Markzilla214
I don’t think there is another game that could match Driveclub’s rain effects, even after nearly 6 years its still holds up but it is very sad that we won’t see a Driveclub 2 anytime soon.

I still play Driveclub till this day. Very underrated game, shame it didn't get a sequel.

Driveclub had the huge sound advantage when you rotate the camera outside the vehicle, or look back from interior view, they used mics for all angles

If evolution studios didnt die,we could have maybe seen an update that implements the capabilities of the ps4 pro into the game...

  • Evolution Studio : how many years ahead of current graphics standards do you want? Sony : Yes

"Including iconic tracks like Brands Hatch" Nürburgring: "Am I a joke to you?"

Night races under a snowstorm in Driveclub are still my favorite racing experience in any racing games after all these years. They were insane.

Driveclub is still jaw dropping to this day. I always appreciated their attention to detail. I remember watching an interview with the developers and they were talking about how they had several microphones inside and outside of every single car they had in the game to get the real true sound of each car. They said, on average, each car took approximately 6-8 months from start to finish to complete.

Nothing beats the sense of speed, acoustic and graphic (for this time) of DRIVECLUB. And this game came out in 2014!

Almost in every new gen there's a game that looks and feels way beyond the rest, Driveclub was one of those.
  • @Kinon_4
Driveclub was such a gem, in every aspect. It's so sad that they closed Evolution Studios

For everyone that misses Evolution Studios: The new Dirt 5 is made by what is left of them in a new studio called Codemasters Cheshire. I am pretty much hyped.
  • Driveclub has dynamic camera view and realistic weather effect. But GT Sport has high resoultion texture and more clear overall graphics.
  • I was actually waiting for this comparison, glad you made it 🧡
