Located just miles from the ocean, Costa Mesa Country Club is a fantastic public 36-hole facility located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Los Lagos Course is the longer course on property, with a odd combination of 5 par 3s and 5 par 5s to come out to a par of 72.

Very nice job showing the course, and your play of it. I like the drone of the hole showing the shape and features first. Then your play of the hole shows the elevation changes you describe, but that we can’t see from over head. The only thing we couldn’t see, which you said was a major factor was the wind, although I did see one flag pole with quite a bit of bend while you were putting. Too bad that tree on the #1 handicap hole was missing. It sounded like it was one of the signature features of the course. Being a muni, can they afford to replace it?
