Four moves and eight minutes is all you need to complete this awesome ab workout! These four exercises can be done with modifications to make them as easy or as difficult as needed. Make sure to take time, and focus on form. These exercises aren't about how quick you do them, but how well you do them.

Do the four exercises listed below for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between. Then repeat the four exercises for round two.

1) Classic Crunch
2) Plank
3) Cross Crunch
4) Rope Climbs

    This is so effective. I was so thankful for that 15 second rest lol! I added cat cow, and dead bird also….still just 20 mins with an extra round.

  • This ab workout is short and very effective.... I’ve seen definition mostly on my obliques by doing this workout after a hiit/strength compared to other ab workouts ... it’s awesome! Thanks guys x

  • I use to be a fit PE teacher. Now, I am out of shape, older, and have hip and knee issues. I know what I need to do and how to do it, but I don't like the gym and had guilt that I got to this unhealthy place. So, today I did this 8 min. workout and turned into a 16min. workout. It is time for me to stretch and strengthen to get my hips and knees to a place I can ride and run a bit. I like the trainer and what he says to the ladies who I once use to be like. Thank you. Sometimes it's the little moments that go a long way!
