There are several missing parts to this story. 0:17, looks like the warehouse was unsecured. 0:31, Why were all those oversized boxes stored outside? More questions than answers, typical media "reporting".

It's so sad to see such a beautiful and vibrant city turn into such a toilet, and the blame should be laid directly at the feet of city government. A total failure that sadly has been allowed to continue for years.
