L O L. The judge was shocked when the dude said he was 60. I guarantee she thought he was older than that and I can't blame her for thinking that but in reality he is not much older than she is. L O L. he sounds extremely grizzled for a 60-year-old man.

That's absolutely insane that a contractor designed their 2 sides to be connected by a FLAT connection. Physics 101: The water flowing down both sides will pool on the flat connecting area. I'm shocked this hasn't been a flooded disaster before. Plus, as the Judge says, it is kind of poetic that the shared retaining wall needed to be fixed years prior and he refused to share in the cost. Karma?

If I was one of the homeowners I’d have that valley between the roofs removed. That’s a nightmare with it constantly holding water.

I thought he had some nerve asking her to pay for half. Very ignorant. He had the air of entitlement in his attitude. The judge ruled correctly in this case.
