Missed the debate? You can watch the highlights here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qm-__BsV3_M ^mt

Is it just me or this dude looks like Andrew Scheer?
-
Funny- if you look close enough, you can even see the puppet strings!
-
I don't see how this is helpful when completely divorced from their actual content/policy. Trudeau has been trying to cultivate an image of being humble and relatable for his entire political career, things like the looking away are a key part to trying to sell that aesthetic. Also, I completely disagree about Scheer showing strong body language, the guy comes off super robotic when you combine his movements with his vocal delivery.
-
Hey dude, I think you’re over thinking this
-
There is nothing natural about talking directly into a camera.
-
Dude : Tactical Passifier Everyone : A Pen
-
What about an analysis of their actual policies?
-
the only people that actually care about symmetry and asymmetry in a political debate are these "body language" experts
-
It’s weird how having something like a pen in your hand is comforting. I feel way more at ease with something to fidget with.
-
1:30 It's kind of hilarious how, in a non-live, video where the presenter could do as many takes as he wants, the presenter does the exact same thing and messes up the names by saying "Where he can't remember if it's Singh or Trudeau", instead of "Singh or Scheer".
-
I wonder if he's 35 years old ..... and lives in a van .... by the river.
-
Did asymmetry cause this guy to mistakenly say "Singh and Trudeau"?
-
OK, he's a body language expert. But instead of translating for the benefit of the audience what the "bodies are saying", he gives technical advice to the leaders... Hey dude, you're off-side.
-
I found singh the easiest to watch and listen to. Definitely the less cringe of all them.
-
We are not going to vote based on how you feel their movements. We value their policies
-
1:40 The expert destabilized himself and goofed up by saying Singh or Trudeau lol
-
This guy looks like Chris Farley
-
People decide on policy! Not on appereance!

The whole debate was full of negativity. Talking how others are bad a lot lot more than how our policies are better. My teens were so appalled at the whole drama. It felt like high school kids who have crammed a few paragraphs and were repeating them again and again. As if Canadians would be selecting the best amongst the worst. Pathetic!
